We print some of our products in-house at our US facilities, while also sourcing from global suppliers to provide a diverse range of merchandise. We partner only with vendors who meet our stringent quality control standards.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
Estimate Time Of Arrival
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

ORDER TRACKING
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive email notifications and can log in to our website to track your package in real-time. Please be aware that some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, resulting in multiple emails and tracking numbers.
Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you try to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier hasn’t processed your parcel yet. Once it’s scanned, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please provide the correct address at checkout because:
